I’m Nicole Massiah, J.D., Esq., an attorney and real estate broker deeply committed to serving the vibrant community of DeKalb County. With a rich background in legal matters and real estate, I bring zealous advocacy, effective negotiation skills, and selflessness to champion the rights and interests of others. As the principal attorney at Massiah Law & Associates and the qualifying broker at Massiah Real Estate Group, I’ve successfully represented clients with challenging legal matters and helped client achieve their real estate housing needs.

Beyond any professional achievements, I’m a civil servant and leader for social justice, volunteering my time to advocate for impactful legislation and initiatives. I’m proudly associated with organizations like the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, DeKalb Pro-Bono, Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, and the United Way. I’m also a graduate of the 2020 Class of Leadership DeKalb.

Despite obstacles, I’ve obtained degrees from Georgia State University, Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, and the Georgia Real Estate Commission. I’m admitted to practice law in various Georgia and U.S. courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. As a mother to three children, two turtles, and our family dog, I understand the importance of family and community. My multifaceted background aligns with the values of DeKalb County, making me the best choice for a transparent, experienced, and community-focused representative.
